Why did my deposit get declined?
The usual causes are sending below ₱50 or over your daily limit, using a third-party GCash account, or transferring during the GCash maintenance window (about 12:00–03:00 PHT). Fix the cause and retry.
How long do GCash withdrawals take?
After KYC is complete and the payout approved, GCash withdrawals settle over InstaPay in minutes to about an hour. First-time or peak-time payouts can take up to roughly three hours. The casino side is fee-free.
What ID do I need for KYC?
A valid Philippine ID: passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence or PRC ID. Verification is a one-time step with a 24–48 hour review; do it early so your first cashout isn't delayed.
